Robinson’s journey to Pakistan was motivated by the romantic promises made by the young man, whom she had met online. However, upon her arrival in Karachi, the man changed his mind, leaving Robinson in a dire situation with her tourist visa set to expire. Unable to leave the airport or make travel arrangements, she found herself stranded with no way to return home.

The situation caught the attention of Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori, who personally visited the airport to listen to Robinson’s predicament. After hearing her story, Governor Tessori took swift action to resolve the issue, helping Robinson obtain a new visa and arranging a return ticket for her.

After a week of uncertainty and frustration, Robinson was finally able to leave Pakistan, grateful for the support extended by local authorities. Despite the disappointment, she was relieved to head back home to the United States, marking the end of a chapter filled with heartache and misfortune.
