American Man Sets New Guinness World Record for Most Pull-Ups in 24 Hours

Truett Hanes Sets New Guinness World Record with 10,001 Pull-Ups in 24 Hours

American fitness enthusiast Truett Hanes has reclaimed his Guinness World Record title for the most pull-ups completed within 24 hours, achieving a staggering 10,001 repetitions.

Hanes had initially set a record of 8,100 pull-ups two years ago, only to see his accomplishment surpassed within a day by Australian athlete Gary Lloyd, who completed 8,600 pull-ups. Refusing to back down, Hanes trained relentlessly to retake the crown.

“What I learned about myself is: I won’t give up,” Hanes said in an interview with Guinness World Records. “I wasn’t blessed with unique ability or super strength… but I’ve been gifted the ability to never give up on my goals. Even if it takes years, I’ll see it through until it’s completed.”

Hanes’ determination and perseverance have once again earned him a place in the record books, inspiring fitness enthusiasts around the world.
