AIOU Extends Admission Deadline for Autumn 2024 Semester Programs. Professor Dr. Nasir Mahmood, Vice Chancellor of Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), has announced an extension for admissions into the Autumn 2024 semester programs. The new deadline for applications for BS (Face-to-Face), PGD programs, and certificate courses is now September 5, 2024, with no late fees applied. Admissions for Matric, FA, and I. Com programs will also be accepted until this date.

However, there will be no extension for MS, MPhil, and PhD programs, as the admission tests are scheduled to take place from August 22 to 24. Dr. Malik Taqeer Ahmad Khan, Director General of Regional Services, has instructed all university campuses to widely publicize this extension to ensure maximum reach.
Final exams for Matric, FA, and I. Com will commence on September 2. Detailed information regarding the exams, including the implementation of strict measures such as a ban on mobile phones in examination halls, will be available on the university’s website and student portals to ensure exam integrity.
