Pakistani actress Alizeh Shah has addressed persistent rumours surrounding alleged plastic surgeries, firmly denying any cosmetic procedures and attributing her changing appearance to natural ageing and weight loss.
In a heartfelt social media video shared with her 4.3 million Instagram followers, the 23-year-old actress said, “Please, for God’s sake! I haven’t undergone any cosmetic surgeries; leave me alone.” Alizeh explained that she was only 17 when she appeared in Ehd-e-Wafa, and her transformation since then is part of growing up. “How do you guys expect a person to look the same even after six years?”

The statement came in response to veteran actress Saba Faisal’s recent remarks on a TV show, where she claimed Alizeh was “twenty per cent natural,” implying the rest was artificially enhanced. The comment triggered a wave of online speculation and criticism, prompting Alizeh to publicly defend herself.
