Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan, sisters of PTI founder and former prime minister Imran Khan, were granted post-arrest bail on Friday in connection with the D-Chowk protest case.
Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Judge Abual Hasnaat Zulqarnain presided over the case hearing, granting bail to Aleema and Uzma after hearing arguments from both sides. The court set their release on post-arrest bail against surety bonds of Rs20,000 each.

On October 6, Islamabad police arrested multiple PTI activists, including Imran Khan’s sisters, as they attempted to reach D-Chowk for a planned demonstration.
In a separate case, Bushra Bibi, Imran Khan’s wife, was released from Adiala Jail on Thursday after securing bail in the Toshakhana-II case. Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb of the Islamabad High Court approved her bail against Rs1 million surety bonds, ordering her immediate release.
Bushra Bibi had spent around nine months in Adiala Jail after receiving a 14-year sentence in the Toshakhana case, which was later suspended. However, she faced re-arrest in the Toshakhana-II case until this recent release.
