According to a study, those who have insomnia are roughly 70% more likely to have a heart attack.

Chronic health problems like heart disease, diabetes, stroke, high blood pressure, obesity, and depression can all be brought on by sleep deprivation.

A recent study that was released on Friday in Clinical Cardiology found that those who have sleeplessness are 69% more likely to experience a heart attack than those who don’t. The information was obtained from an average of nine years of follow-up among patients.

Researchers also discovered that individuals who slept for five hours or less had the highest risk of having a heart attack. The chance of having a heart attack was doubled in people with both diabetes and sleeplessness.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
