Abdul Aleem Khan Calls for Provinces to Solve Public Issues

Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party President Abdul Aleem Khan has called for the creation of new provinces to enhance administrative efficiency and address public issues more effectively. He made the remarks during a Christmas event held in Lahore.

Abdul Aleem Khan explained that establishing new provinces would allow citizens to access government services more easily. He highlighted the challenges faced by people in southern Punjab, who travel long hours to reach Lahore, and residents of Balochistan, who must travel over 1,100 kilometers to reach Quetta.

“Even for us living in Lahore, many challenges arise. Imagine the difficulties for people coming from remote areas to the secretariat,” he said. Abdul Aleem Khan emphasized that his party’s manifesto fully supports the creation of new provinces and urged other political groups to back the initiative.

He expressed gratitude to MQM for supporting the creation of new provinces and added that discussions will continue with other political parties. He encouraged patriotic leaders to support the move, citing improved governance and easier public access to services as major benefits.

On national security, Abdul Aleem Khan praised the Pakistan Army for its strong response to Indian aggression. He claimed that seven Indian aircraft, including Rafale jets, were downed. He honored the sacrifices of Pakistani soldiers, noting that many left their families behind to protect the nation.

He warned against spreading false propaganda about the armed forces, stating, “Politics has no restrictions, but keep politics in the political arena. We will not allow anyone to speak against those who sacrificed for the nation.”
