Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has departed for Egypt to participate in the Peace Summit aimed at promoting stability in the Middle East. The summit, being held in Sharm El-Sheikh, is expected to bring together several global leaders to discuss ways to end the ongoing Gaza conflict and establish lasting peace in the region.

According to officials, the prime minister will highlight Pakistan’s firm stance on the need for a humanitarian ceasefire and a peaceful resolution to the Gaza crisis. His visit underscores Islamabad’s diplomatic efforts to support global peace and unity, especially in the wake of recent tensions across the Middle East.

Shehbaz Sharif is accompanied by senior members of his cabinet, including the Deputy Prime Minister and the Foreign Minister. The Pakistani delegation will also hold side meetings with international representatives to strengthen bilateral ties and push for collective action on humanitarian issues.
