Gold Price In Pakistan Approaches Rs400,000 Amid Record-Breaking High

Gold prices in Pakistan and global markets surged again on Tuesday, with local rates nearing a historic high. The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association reported that 24-karat gold per tola climbed by Rs5,100, reaching Rs398,800. Meanwhile, 10 grams of gold rose by Rs4,372 to Rs341,906.

The surge in gold price comes amid ongoing global market volatility and rising investor demand for safe-haven assets. Analysts note that geopolitical tensions and inflation concerns continue to push gold rates higher.

Internationally, gold prices also saw a rise, with the cost per ounce increasing by $51 to $3,770. This global trend has directly influenced gold price in Pakistan, reflecting the country’s close linkage to international bullion markets.

Silver prices in Pakistan also moved upward alongside gold. The price of a tola of 24-karat silver increased by Rs42 to Rs4,637, and 10 grams of silver rose to Rs3,975. Experts say that precious metals are witnessing strong demand due to economic uncertainty.

Traders suggest that local buyers continue to monitor gold price movements closely, as fluctuations affect both investment and jewelry markets. The current spike in prices may encourage more investors to consider gold as a hedge against inflation.

Jewellers also warned consumers that gold rates might remain volatile in the coming weeks, urging them to make informed decisions before purchasing. The increasing gold price highlights the metal’s enduring value in Pakistan and worldwide.

Overall, the gold market in Pakistan remains highly active, with buyers and sellers closely tracking both local and global trends. Investors are advised to stay updated with daily price changes to make timely investment decisions.

The recent rise underscores gold’s continuing appeal as a safe and stable investment in uncertain economic times.
