Brigadier Shehzad Munir HI(M) (Retd), Director General of NUML, also highlighted the impact of Korean soft power, mentioning the university’s King Sejong Institute, which offers Korean language education as a sign of deepening cultural engagement. He pointed out that Pakistan’s youth have shown a growing interest in Korean culture, further solidifying the bond between the two nations.
The seminar welcomed distinguished speakers, including Ms. Alex Choi, team leader of global business strategy at the Korea Creative Content Agency, who emphasized the potential for collaboration given Pakistan’s youthful population.
Another guest, Mr. Zahid Hussain, a Pakistani broadcaster and President of the Global Korea Scholarship Alumni, shared his experiences of cultural exchange while living in Korea.
Key faculty members such as Mr. Ihtisham Hussain, Head of the Korean Language Department, and Dr. Atif Faraz, Director of Iksi, were present along with a large number of students.
