Jumatul Wida, the last Friday of Ramazan, is being observed nationwide with religious devotion.
This day holds special significance as it marks the approaching end of the holy month. Special prayers will be offered for Pakistan’s progress and Muslim unity during Friday prayers, while religious scholars will emphasize the importance of fasting and Jumatul Wida in their sermons.

Additionally, Al-Quds Day is being observed to show solidarity with Palestinians, with banners and posters highlighting their struggles.
Pakistanis are expected to celebrate Eidul Fitr on March 31, 2025, as per moon sighting forecasts. Experts predict the Shawwal moon will not be visible on March 29 but will likely be seen on March 30, making March 31 the probable Eid date.
Saudi Arabia and Gulf nations will also observe the crescent on March 30. The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will make the final Eid announcement based on scientific data and eyewitness reports.
