A tragic incident in Faisalabad saw armed robbers assault and gang-rape a woman after robbing her and her husband.
The attack occurred near Motorway Bridge 62, within Sandal Bar police jurisdiction, where three armed men intercepted Adnan and his wife. Holding them at gunpoint, the assailants forced them into nearby fields, tied up the husband, and brutally assaulted the woman before fleeing with their valuables.

Following the attack, Adnan reported the crime to the police. Faisalabad CPO Sahibzada Bilal Umar directed SP Iqbal Town Abid Zafar to ensure the swift arrest of the culprits.
A special police team, including SP, DSP Circle, and SHOs, detained four suspects as the investigation continues to apprehend all involved.
The case echoes the harrowing September 9, 2020, Lahore-Sialkot Motorway assault, where a stranded woman was attacked and gang-raped in front of her children.
