Gold prices continued to rise in Pakistan on Thursday, mirroring global price increases. According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the per tola gold rate jumped by Rs1,400 to reach Rs282,200. The price for 10 grams also rose by Rs1,200, closing at Rs241,941 in the local market.
Internationally, gold saw gains as the per ounce price increased by $13 to $2,703.

Silver prices also increased in Pakistan, with the per tola price rising by Rs80 to Rs3,433 and the 10-gram price climbing by Rs71 to Rs2,943. The per tola gold price went up by Rs2,900, settling at Rs280,800, while the 10-gram price rose by Rs2,487 to Rs240,741.
