Gold Prices in Pakistan Approach Record High Following Second Consecutive Rise

The price of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs. 1,600, reaching Rs. 275,500 on Saturday, compared to Rs. 273,900 on the previous trading day, as reported by the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

Similarly, 10 grams of 24-karat gold saw an increase of Rs. 1,372, now priced at Rs. 236,197 from Rs. 234,825. The price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold also rose, going up to Rs. 216,514 from Rs. 215,256.

In contrast, the prices of silver remained stable, with per tola and 10 grams holding steady at Rs. 3,050 and Rs. 2,614.88, respectively.

On the international market, gold prices experienced a $16 increase, reaching $2,656 from $2,640, according to the Association.
