In a recent development regarding the alleged abduction of model and actress Nimra Khan in DH Phase 8, Darakshan SDPO Manisha Rupita clarified that the incident was not a kidnapping but a case of harassment. Rupita stated that the police investigation revealed the accused was riding a motorcycle alone, with no accomplices involved.

Initially, there were claims of kidnapping, prompting District South’s DIG and SSP to launch a comprehensive investigation. Led by Darakshan DSP, the probe determined that the case involved harassment rather than an attempted abduction.
In response to similar harassment cases, the police have created a route map for the suspect and are actively working on locating and arresting him. Nimra Khan has expressed her satisfaction with the ongoing police efforts, praising their dedication in investigating and gathering evidence.
