The Pakistan Volleyball Federation (PVF) hired Ramires Ferraz as a coach last month to rebuild the team and boost its performance in upcoming events.
From July 8 to 15, the national team will compete in the 4th AVC Challenger in Taipei, followed by the Asian Championship in Tehran, Iran, from August 18 to 26.
The Men in Green will also compete at the highly anticipated 19th Asian Games, which will be held in Hangzhou, China, from September 23 to October 8.
PVF Chairman Chaudhry Mohammad Yaqoob thinks that the national team would reach the continental semi-finals.

PVF has also employed a Brazilian trainer, Lucas Ferreira Rodrigues, as well as an Iranian video analyst to aid in preparing the team, according to Yaqoob.
The chairman also thanked the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) and sponsor Engro for their assistance in hiring coaching staff ahead of the important competitions.
Yaqoob announced a 15-day training camp in Tehran before to the Asian Championship, with the goal of improving the team’s performance and securing a podium result.
