50% Pakistani Considers Nawaz Sharif The Hope For Country's Economy

In a recent survey conducted by Gallup Pakistan, it was revealed that 30% of respondents placed their faith in Nawaz Sharif’s ability to address Pakistan’s ongoing economic challenges, considering him a key figure in this regard.

In contrast, 22% regarded the PTI chairman, Imran Khan, as the economic savior they were looking up to, while 30% expressed disappointment, believing that no one could effectively tackle the economic crisis.

Nawaz Sharif’s recent speech at Minar Pakistan garnered significant attention, with 34% of Pakistanis indicating that they had tuned in to listen to his address. Impressively, 80% of those who heard his speech appreciated its content.

The survey also shed light on the fact that 50% of respondents believed Nawaz Sharif’s return to his homeland would enhance the PML-N’s prospects in the upcoming general elections. Additionally, 70% of the surveyed individuals supported the idea of political reconciliation.

The Gallup survey further recommended that Nawaz Sharif should collaborate with all political leaders, including the Chairman of PTI, for the betterment and development of the country. This suggestion underscores the significance of unity in addressing the nation’s challenges and promoting progress.

Nevertheless, not all respondents held the same viewpoint regarding Nawaz Sharif’s return. While 38% believed that his return was the outcome of a deal, 27% rejected this perspective, indicating a diversity of opinions among the Pakistani populace.

Nawaz Sharif’s return has evidently ignited widespread discussions and hopes among the Pakistani public, as evidenced by this Gallup survey.
