28 Dead And Numerous Injuries In Balochistan’s Washuk Bus Disaster

Around 28 individuals, including women and children, lost their lives, and nearly twenty others sustained injuries after a bus swerved off the road and overturned near the Wushuk area in Balochistan on Wednesday.

The incident, which happened as the passenger coach was traveling from Gwadar to Quetta in a thinly populated part of the country, was caused by a tire blowout.

Rescue teams, accompanied by police and local authorities, swiftly responded to the scene, initiating rescue efforts. According to reports from rescue personnel, some victims have been identified, while efforts are ongoing to determine the identities of the remaining casualties.
