The love story between two strangers who fall in love three times over the course of six years—once in three days and once each in three magnificent cities—was told in the romantic comedy starring Aditi Rao Hydari.

On Friday, Zafar used Twitter to share a video from Sony Music India that featured his “flirtatious” song Voh Dekhnay Mein. “11 years of New York, London, and Paris. He stated, “A love story of three days in three cities over many years.

Zafar’s performance in the movie London Paris New York—in which he also wrote, sung, and created six songs—was a significant career turning point for him. In a Bollywood production, he was the first leading man to assume the position of music director. Voh Dekhnay Mein, Ting Rang, and the title track, London, Paris, New York, are some of the most well-known songs from the movie that were loved by the general public.

London Paris New York is the tale of Nikhil and Lalitha, two very different people who are drawn to one another despite or perhaps because of their differences. It captures the anguish of those in their early 20s. The Anu Menon-directed film recounts their romantic adventure as they first meet for one night each in London, Paris, and New York.

In the 2016 movie Dear Zindagi with Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan, Zafar last appeared. Prior to it, he collaborated on the films Complete Siyapaa with Anupam Kher and Yami Gautam and Kill Dill with Ranveer Singh and Parineeti Chopra.
