TV host Mishal Bukhari passes away from cancer

ISLAMABAD – Mishal Bukhari, a television host, passed away on Tuesday in Lahore after a cancer struggle. Bukhari had fifteen years of experience working in both print and digital media. She had previously worked for PTV and other notable news organisations. She began her career as a subeditor in the Express newspaper’s magazine.

She was born in Karachi in July 1984, and the University of the Punjab awarded her a master’s degree in mass communication. The journalist community has expressed its sorrow over Mishal Bukhari’s tragic passing.
