Student Session On Road Safety And Civic Awareness

In a proactive effort to promote road safety and to instill civic sense among students, the Federal Directorate of Education, in collaboration with the National Highway & Motorway Police (NHMP), organized an awareness session aiming to educate the youth on responsible road behavior and civic etiquette on November 2, 2023, at Islamabad Model College for Girls (Post Graduate-Magala), F-7/4, Islamabad. The event was graced by the presence of the resource person, Ms. Nabila Noor, Senior Patrol Officer (SPO) at the NHMP, who brought her wealth of knowledge and experience to the fore.

Ms. Noor, with her authoritative and informative delivery, captivated the audience and imparted crucial knowledge about road safety and the significance of displaying civic sense while on the road. Her insights and guidance provided attendees with valuable information on the dangers associated with reckless driving, the importance of seatbelt usage, and the need for responsible road behavior. The attendees left the session with a newfound understanding of their role in ensuring road safety and upholding civic sense.
