PSL 2024: Multan Sultans To face Peshawar Zalmi Today

Multan Sultans, led by Mohammad Rizwan, are poised to face Peshawar Zalmi in the ninth match of the Pakistan Super League season nine (PSL 9) at Multan Cricket Stadium today (Friday). The confident Sultans aim to maintain their winning streak, having emerged victorious in all three matches they have played so far. In contrast, Zalmi currently occupies the lowest position in the points table, having suffered defeats in both of their matches.

In a recent low-scoring game, Quetta Gladiators triumphed over Islamabad United, showcasing a clinical bowling performance. This victory marked the Gladiators’ third consecutive win. Mohammad Wasim Jnr and Abrar Ahmed played pivotal roles in restricting Islamabad United to a modest total, which Quetta Gladiators successfully chased in 18.2 overs with three wickets in hand. Rilee Rossouw’s composed innings during the chase earned him the Player of the Match award.
