Sarfaraz Ahmed had been at the helm of the Gladiators since the team’s inception, guiding them to victory in the 2019 season. In the last edition, the team chose to delegate captaincy to South African Rilee Rossouw, resulting in Sarfaraz stepping down from the role. This decision ends Sarfaraz’s nine-year tenure with Quetta Gladiators, making him eligible for the PSL 10 draft for the first time.

The PSL 10 draft is set to take place next week, featuring numerous players from 19 different countries. The tournament is scheduled from April 8 to May 19, 2025, with Quetta Gladiators aiming to assemble a new squad to vie for the championship once more.

Fans are keenly watching to see which team will draft Sarfaraz Ahmed and secure his talents for PSL Season 10.
