The Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) has announced six new government job opportunities. The positions offer monthly salaries of up to Rs. 750,000.
The vacancies are being offered on a contract basis. They cover human resources, partnerships, academics, monitoring, audit, and training.
PEIMA operates under the School Education Department of the Government of Punjab. The authority has set October 26, 2026, as the application deadline.
Four director-level positions offer the highest salary package. Each director position carries a monthly salary of Rs. 750,000.
The available director posts include HR and Administration, Partnership and Collaboration, Academics and Research, and Monitoring and Evaluation.
The Director HR and Administration position has an age limit of 35 to 55 years. Applicants need at least 16 years of relevant education.
Eligible fields include Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, and Social Sciences. Candidates must also have 10 years of relevant professional experience.
This experience must include at least three years in a senior position. Relevant areas include HR policies, workforce planning, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
The Director Partnership and Collaboration position also carries a salary of Rs. 750,000. Applicants must have 16 years of education in a relevant discipline.
Suitable fields include Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, and International Development. Candidates need at least 10 years of relevant experience.
The Director Academics and Research post requires 16 years of education. Relevant fields include education planning, research, curriculum development, and management sciences.
Applicants must have 10 years of relevant professional experience. Experience in curriculum design and educational research will be considered relevant.
PEIMA has also announced a Director Monitoring and Evaluation position. The role requires education in statistics, economics, data sciences, or related fields.
Applicants need at least 10 years of relevant experience. This must include three years at a senior level.
The role covers monitoring frameworks, performance indicators, data systems, and impact evaluations. Experience with third-party verification is also relevant.
Preference for all four director posts will go to candidates with MPhil or PhD qualifications. These degrees must relate to the relevant field.
PEIMA is also hiring a Chief Audit Officer. The position offers a monthly salary of Rs. 350,000.
Candidates must hold CA, ACCA, or ICMA qualifications. Alternatively, they can have 16 years of education in finance or accounting.
The position requires at least five years of relevant professional experience. Internal audit, risk management, and compliance experience will be relevant.
The Assistant Director Training and OAT position offers Rs. 225,000 per month. Applicants must have 16 years of education in a relevant subject.
Candidates need at least three years of relevant post-qualification experience. Training workshops, events, records, and training materials are among the relevant areas.
PEIMA will give preference to candidates with experience in government agencies and donor organisations. Knowledge of the education sector will also be considered.

PEIMA will not accept applications submitted by courier, email, or by hand. Applicants must also pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 3,000 per post.
Candidates applying for multiple positions must complete separate requirements for each post. Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
A valid No Objection Certificate may also be required from eligible public-sector employees. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further recruitment stages.
