Pakistan Rangers Punjab has announced 964 vacancies for Sipahi General Duty (BPS-05) posts across Pakistan. Eligible candidates can apply online for Punjab Rangers Jobs 2026.
The recruitment has been announced by Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Punjab), Ghazi Road, Lahore. Online applications opened on August 17, 2026.
Candidates can submit their applications until August 26, 2026. Applicants from different provinces can apply under the quota system announced for the recruitment.
Punjab, including Islamabad, has received the highest number of vacancies. A total of 482 seats are available under the provincial quota.
The recruitment also includes 72 posts under the merit quota. Candidates from Sindh Urban can apply for 73 vacancies.
Sindh Rural candidates have been allocated 110 seats. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has 111 vacancies available under the recruitment drive.
Balochistan has been allocated 58 vacancies. There are also 29 seats for Newly Merged Districts, formerly known as FATA.
Candidates from Gilgit-Baltistan can apply for 10 vacancies. Azad Jammu and Kashmir has been allocated 19 seats.
Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in the official recruitment advertisement. The minimum educational qualification for Sipahi General Duty is middle.
Candidates with higher qualifications can also apply if they meet all other requirements. The recruitment is open to eligible candidates between 18 and 30 years of age.
Applicants must also meet the physical standards set by Pakistan Rangers. Candidates are required to have a minimum height of 5 feet and 6 inches.
The required chest measurement is 33 inches with 1.5 inches of expansion. Weight will be assessed according to Body Mass Index (BMI) criteria.
