Pakistani students can apply for the fully funded Oxford Pershing Square Graduate Scholarship 2027 at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. The scholarship offers financial support for students pursuing Oxford’s 1+1 MBA programme, which combines a one-year Master’s degree with a one-year MBA.
Successful applicants will receive full coverage of course fees for both years of study. The scholarship also provides a living-cost grant of at least £21,805 for each year. Up to five scholarships will be offered for the 2027 intake.
The Oxford 1+1 MBA allows students to combine specialist academic study with business and management education. Students first complete an eligible Master’s programme before continuing to the Oxford MBA in the second year.
International students are eligible to apply for the scholarship, meaning Pakistani applicants can compete for the available awards. However, candidates must secure admission to both the selected Master’s programme and the Oxford MBA to be considered for the Pershing Square Scholarship.
The scholarship provides substantial financial support throughout the two-year study route. In addition to covering tuition fees for both programmes, successful scholars will receive a living-cost grant of at least £21,805 per year.
Recipients will also become part of the Pershing Square scholar community. The programme provides opportunities to participate in mentorship activities, conferences, termly events and other activities connected with the scholarship.
Some scholars may also be invited to participate in the New York Trek, which can include meetings and workshops with innovators and professionals.
Oxford’s selection process considers several factors, including academic performance, leadership potential, personal integrity and a clear interest in addressing major social challenges. Applicants are expected to demonstrate how they want to develop practical and sustainable solutions to large-scale problems.
Candidates must meet the admission requirements of both their selected Master’s programme and the Oxford MBA. Depending on their academic and professional background, applicants may need to provide academic transcripts, a CV, references, GMAT or GRE scores and evidence of English-language proficiency.
The specific requirements can vary between Master’s programmes, so applicants should carefully check the admission criteria for their chosen course before applying.
Students seeking the Pershing Square Scholarship must submit separate applications for the Oxford MBA and their selected Master’s programme. They must also submit a scholarship essay of no more than 500 words explaining how they intend to change the world and what that goal says about them.
The MBA application deadline for the 2027 intake is January 6, 2027. Pakistani students interested in the opportunity should prepare their academic documents, references, test scores and scholarship essay well before the deadline.
