Ishaq Dar chairs meeting to monitor outsourcing of Airports

Senator Ishaq Dar, Federal Minister of Finance and Revenue, presided over a meeting of the Steering Committee to monitor the outsourcing of airport operations today at the Finance Division.

During the meeting, IFC, the transaction adviser, presented to the committee, which made choices on the future roadmap for going forward with the outsourcing of the first airport in order to improve service delivery and align with best international practises.

The meeting was attended by Khawaja Saad Rafique, Federal Minister for Aviation and Railways, Syed Naveed Qamar, SAPM on Finance Tariq Bajwa, SAPM on Government Effectiveness Dr. Muhammad Jehanzeb Khan, Secretary Aviation, DG CAA, IFC representatives, and senior officers from Finance and Aviation.
