Position: E&IH Sustainability Engineer
Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Engro Technical Solutions is also seeking an E&IH Sustainability Engineer to provide environmental and industrial hygiene guidance across its business units.
The position focuses on improving HSE management, identifying workplace and environmental risks, and ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and three to four years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in environmental management, industrial hygiene or occupational health is preferred, particularly in the fertilizer or petrochemical industry.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of environmental regulations and HSE standards. Familiarity with ISO 14001, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) requirements, as well as National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) guidelines, is also expected.
Knowledge of IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards for sustainability reporting is another important requirement.

The selected candidate will provide environmental and industrial hygiene guidance across Engro’s business units. The role includes identifying environmental hazards and occupational health risks, developing HSE standards, conducting audits and monitoring performance.
The engineer will also recommend corrective actions to address identified issues and support consistent HSE management across the organisation.
