1. Unit Head – Batch Hiring

Bank of Khyber is hiring a Unit Head – Batch Hiring to lead recruitment campaigns for multiple positions across the bank. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and managing large-scale hiring exercises and developing strategies to attract suitable candidates.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have at least a graduation degree from an institution recognised by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or a reputable foreign university.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or another relevant field will be preferred.
Candidates must have 7 to 13 years of relevant experience in human resources or talent acquisition. At least three years of experience in batch or volume hiring is required. Experience in commercial banking or the financial services industry is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will lead and manage the bank’s batch recruitment strategy from planning to completion. Responsibilities include developing annual hiring plans for different departments and designing effective sourcing methods, assessment centres and large-scale interview processes.
The role also involves managing employer branding activities through university partnerships, job fairs and digital platforms.
The Unit Head will analyse recruitment performance, maintain hiring dashboards and management information systems (MIS), and present progress reports to senior management. Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals will also be part of the job.
2. Officer Talent Acquisition

The second vacancy is for an Officer Talent Acquisition. The position is suitable for professionals with experience in recruitment and hiring processes who want to develop their careers in the banking sector.

The officer will work with different departments to understand their hiring needs and prepare accurate job descriptions. The role also requires ensuring that vacancies are filled on time while maintaining the quality of recruitment.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment trackers and preparing regular hiring reports and MIS updates.
