Tourists traveling toward Gilgit-Baltistan witnessed snowfall at Babusar Top. They were traveling along the Mansehra-Naran-Jalkhad Road.
The early snowfall surprised both tourists and local residents. Locals said similar weather has increasingly arrived later in recent years.
According to residents, such conditions have often shifted toward November. The early snowfall has therefore marked a noticeable change this season.
The snowfall has also transformed the appearance of the mountainous landscape. High-altitude areas have quickly taken on a colder and more wintry look.
Despite the weather, authorities said major connecting roads remain open. The routes between Balakot, Mansehra, Naran and Jalkhad are currently accessible.

Rain was also reported across several areas of Hazara Division. Mansehra received rainfall along with Torghar and Kolai-Palas.
Upper Kohistan and Lower Kohistan also experienced wet weather. The rainfall added to the sudden temperature drop across the region.
The changing weather caused a temporary traffic disruption in one location. An electricity transmission pole was uprooted and blocked traffic for several hours.
Authorities later reported that the main routes remained operational. However, mountain roads can become challenging when rainfall and snowfall intensify.
Travelers heading toward northern areas may encounter colder temperatures. Weather conditions can also change quickly at higher elevations.
