The University of Management and Technology (UMT) has announced multiple job opportunities as part of its expansion across Pakistan. The university is establishing new centers in Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad and is looking to hire professionals for different positions.

1. Head of Center
Locations: Faisalabad, Rawalpindi and Multan
UMT is hiring one Head of Center for each of these three cities.
The selected candidates will be responsible for managing daily center operations and ensuring that academic and business objectives are achieved. They will also develop relationships with relevant stakeholders and oversee the overall performance of their respective centers.
2. Admissions & Outreach Officer
Locations: Faisalabad, Rawalpindi and Multan
Two Admissions and Outreach Officers will be hired for each city.
Their responsibilities will include promoting UMT’s academic programs, supporting admission campaigns and conducting outreach activities. They will also engage with prospective students and help the university achieve its enrollment targets.
3. Industry Liaison Officer
Locations: Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi and Multan
UMT is offering one Industry Liaison Officer position in Gujranwala and two positions in each of the other three cities.
The selected candidates will build and maintain relationships with industry partners. They will also coordinate internships, job placements and industry collaborations to strengthen connections between the university and businesses.
4. Support Staff / Office Assistant
Locations: Faisalabad, Rawalpindi and Multan
One Support Staff or Office Assistant will be hired for each city.
The responsibilities will include providing administrative and operational support, assisting with daily office activities and helping manage facilities at the university’s centers.
Eligibility Criteria for UMT Jobs 2026
Candidates applying for the Head of Center, Admissions and Outreach Officer, and Industry Liaison Officer positions must have at least 16 years of education from a recognised institution.
Applicants must also have relevant professional experience according to the position they are applying for.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
One important requirement is that applicants must be residents of the city where they are applying for a position.
