The University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore has announced the MDCAT 2026 result for students seeking admission to medical and dental colleges in Punjab. The Medical and Dental College Admission Test was conducted on September 20, 2026, while the result was officially announced on September 24.
According to the result notification, a total of 49,202 candidates registered for MDCAT 2026. Out of these, 47,475 students appeared in the examination, while 1,727 candidates were absent.
For MBBS admissions, candidates were required to secure at least 55% marks to qualify. The results show that 37,708 candidates achieved the minimum qualifying score. This represents a qualification rate of 79.43% among students who appeared in the test.
For BDS admissions, the minimum qualifying requirement was set at 50%. A total of 40,457 candidates met the required marks, resulting in a qualification rate of 85.22%.
The results also provide a detailed breakdown of candidates according to their marks. A total of 1,772 students scored between 170 and 180 marks, while 6,682 candidates secured between 160 and 169 marks.
Meanwhile, 6,260 candidates scored between 150 and 159 marks. Another 5,357 students obtained marks in the 140 to 149 range. The results also showed that 4,939 candidates scored between 130 and 139 marks.
A total of 4,382 candidates secured between 120 and 129 marks, while 4,188 students scored between 110 and 119 marks. Another 3,766 candidates obtained marks between 100 and 109.
The results showed that 3,111 candidates scored between 90 and 99 marks. Meanwhile, 7,018 candidates scored 89 marks or below. No candidate was placed in the Result Later (R.L.) category.
Candidates can check their UHS MDCAT 2026 result through the official UHS results portal. Students need to select the relevant MDCAT 2026 result and enter the required information, such as their roll number and name, where requested.
After submitting the details, the result will be displayed on the screen. Candidates are advised to carefully check their marks and personal information. The MDCAT result will be an important part of the admission process for medical and dental colleges in Punjab.
