A real estate agent tragically took his own life by shooting himself in the head amidst a financial disagreement exceeding Rs300 million. According to local reports, the property broker, identified as Arshad Jamal, committed suicide in Rawalpindi.

The incident, captured on CCTV, garnered widespread attention as the footage circulated online, prompting law enforcement to launch an investigation. The video footage depicted Jamal meeting an individual in an office setting before abruptly producing a firearm and taking his own life following a brief exchange.

Authorities gathered evidence from the scene and subsequently transferred Jamal’s body to a medical facility for further examination. The Station House Officer (SHO) of Rawat confirmed the initiation of a preliminary inquiry based on statements provided by Jamal’s nephew.

According to Jamal’s nephew, the deceased had been embroiled in a financial dispute with another individual named Sheikh Tayyab, involving a substantial sum of Rs300 million. This revelation sheds light on a possible motive behind Jamal’s tragic decision to end his life.
