Rashid Latif Issues Legal Notice To PJ Mir For Derogatory Remarks

Initially brought in as a temporary replacement, Kyle Jamieson has now been formally included in New Zealand’s ODI World Cup 2023 squad after Matt Henry was diagnosed with a torn right hamstring.

The New Zealand fast bowler Matt Henry suffered the injury during a match against South Africa in Pune, and an MRI scan confirmed a grade two lower tear, requiring a recovery period of at least two to four weeks. Henry had been the leading pace bowler for the Kiwis in the tournament, claiming 14 wickets from seven matches. New Zealand is further hampered by injuries to seamer Lockie Ferguson and regular captain Kane Williamson.
