The Punjab Mineral Development Corporation (PUNJMIN) has announced multiple job openings under its Himalayan Salt Project, offering opportunities in 11 different categories with monthly salaries ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 225,000.
The vacancies are available at the project office, Business Facilitation Centre, and Retail Outlet Hub. Positions have been announced in finance, marketing, business development, research, supply chain, sales, and support services. The appointments will initially be made for six months and may be extended depending on project requirements.
The available positions include PHS Coordinator, Finance Officer, Marketing and Business Development Officer, Research Development and Quality Assurance Associate, Supply Chain Associate, Store Support Associate, Sales Associate, Outlet Manager, Attendant, Security Guard, and Driver. Four vacancies have been announced for Sales Associates, while one or two seats are available for the remaining posts.
For officer-level positions, applicants must have 16 years of education in relevant fields, including business administration, marketing, finance, commerce, biotechnology, food science, or quality assurance. Supply Chain, Store Support, and Sales Associate positions require at least an intermediate qualification. Fresh candidates are eligible to apply for Sales Associate posts, although preference will be given to those with prior sales experience.
The Attendant position requires candidates to have a middle-pass qualification. Applicants for the Security Guard post must possess a valid arms licence, while drivers must hold a valid LTV or HTV driving licence along with at least three years of driving experience.
The maximum age limit varies between 35 and 45 years depending on the position. General age relaxation will be granted in accordance with government rules.
Applications must reach the PUNJMIN office by August 18, 2026. Interested candidates are required to send a written application clearly mentioning the position they are applying for. The application should be addressed to the Managing Director, Punjab Mineral Development Corporation.
Interviews for PHS Coordinator, Finance Officer, Marketing and Business Development Officer, Research Development and Quality Assurance Associate, and Supply Chain Associate will be conducted on August 25, 2026. Interviews for all remaining positions will be held on August 26, 2026, with candidates required to report at 11:00 AM.
