PMLN Head Nawaz Sharif's Birthday Cake Stolen in Gujranwala

The social media team of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) in Gujranwala placed an order for a cake to celebrate the birthday of party head Nawaz Sharif, but the cake was reportedly stolen. The team has accused their party’s candidate of being involved in the theft.

A formal complaint has been lodged at the Satellite Town police station in Gujranwala.

According to the First Information Report (FIR), when the team arrived to collect the cake, they were informed that Umer Farooq Dar, the party’s electoral candidate for pp-64, had allegedly taken the cake by force.

After filing a complaint with the police, Umer Farooq Dar returned the cake to the bakery. However, the dispute persists as the team asserts that the candidate intentionally took the cake, prompting a call for further investigation into the matter.
