Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has opened applications for cabin crew positions in Islamabad and Lahore, offering an opportunity for eligible candidates to join the national airline. The deadline to submit applications is August 31, 2026.
The airline is accepting applications from both male and female candidates who meet the required age, education, height, language and medical standards. Interested applicants must apply online through the official PIA careers portal.
Candidates must be between 20 and 28 years old at the time of application. They must also hold at least a bachelor’s degree or a higher qualification from a recognised institution.
Previous experience in an airline, hospitality business or another service industry will be considered an advantage. However, the recruitment advertisement does not make previous work experience mandatory for applicants.
Candidates holding valid flying authorisation will receive preference during the recruitment process. PIA is also seeking applicants with strong communication skills and a professional, service-focused attitude.
Applicants must be fluent in both spoken and written English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage, particularly for candidates seeking to work in an international aviation environment.
The airline has also set specific height requirements for cabin crew applicants. Female candidates must have a minimum height of 160 centimetres, while male candidates must be at least 168 centimetres tall.
Applicants must meet PIA’s medical requirements, including colour-vision standards for duties related to passenger and operational safety. Candidates must also maintain professional grooming and presentation standards.
The recruitment criteria state that applicants should not have visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the cabin crew uniform. Candidates must also have a clear character record and satisfactory antecedents.
Eligible candidates can apply online through the official PIA careers portal. Applicants are required to complete the online form and upload an updated CV along with a recent photograph.
Candidates should carefully check their personal, educational and contact information before submitting the application. PIA has not mentioned an offline application method in the recruitment advertisement.
Applicants are therefore advised to use the official online application channel and submit their forms before the August 31, 2026 deadline.
