The Provincial Health Services Academy (PHSA) has announced admissions for the Lady Health Visitor (LHV) diploma programme for the 2026-28 session. The admission process is being conducted through public health schools across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The programme is open to female candidates who meet the required educational and other eligibility criteria. Interested applicants have been advised to submit their forms before the announced deadline to participate in the admission process.
The last date to apply is October 8, 2026. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Candidates are advised to complete their forms and submit the required documents well before the closing date.
Applicants are required to pay a Rs600 non-refundable processing fee. The fee must be deposited as part of the application process, and candidates should keep the payment receipt for their records.
PHSA has also announced the schedule for the entry tests. The tests will be conducted on October 15 and 16, 2026, depending on the public health school assigned to the candidate.
The Peshawar Hayatabad public health school will conduct its entry test on October 15, while the Charsadda Road Peshawar school will hold the test on October 16. Candidates applying through the public health schools in Abbottabad, Swat and Bannu will take their tests on October 15.
For eligibility, female candidates with Matric Science qualifications can apply if they have obtained at least 45 percent marks. The required science subjects include Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Candidates who have completed FSc Pre-Medical can also apply, with a minimum requirement of 45 percent marks. Applicants must also meet the applicable age, domicile and merit requirements.
After the entry test, PHSA will prepare merit lists according to its prescribed selection criteria. Separate merit calculations will be applied to FSc Pre-Medical and Matric Science candidates. Hafiz-e-Quran candidates will also receive additional marks according to the academy’s admission rules.
Candidates are required to obtain the official LHV admission form and complete it carefully. Educational certificates, identification documents and other required paperwork must be attached with the application.
Applicants must submit the completed form to the relevant public health school after depositing the processing fee. They should also keep copies of their documents and fee receipt for future admission requirements.
Candidates should carefully check their assigned test centre and date before appearing for the entry test. They are also advised to bring all required documents on the test day.
The LHV diploma provides female students with an opportunity to pursue professional healthcare training and work in community health services. Interested candidates should complete the admission process before the October 8 deadline.
