The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has issued a warning regarding rain, thunderstorms, and snowfall in Punjab from April 26 to 29.
The PDMA spokesperson has dispatched notifications to all deputy commissioners in Punjab, urging them to implement preventive measures due to the anticipated heavy rains and snowfall in the province until April 29.

Anticipated rainfall is forecasted in various regions, including Murree, Galiyat, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot, Narowal, Lahore, Hafizabad, Jhang, Khushab, Mianwali, Kasur, Okara, Faisalabad, Toba Tek Singh, Sahiwal, and other parts of Punjab. Tourists are also advised to exercise caution while traveling.
District administrations have been instructed to take necessary precautions in light of the expected weather changes.

Furthermore, the Director-General of PDMA cautioned the public to maintain a safe distance from power lines, unsafe buildings, structures, signboards, and billboards.
