Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb shared the plans during a meeting with US Chargé d’Affaires Natalie Baker. The meeting took place in Islamabad on Monday.
The two sides discussed trade, investment and financing opportunities between Pakistan and the United States. They also reviewed ways to strengthen economic cooperation.
Aurangzeb said Pakistan wants greater participation from US financial institutions. He specifically highlighted the US International Development Finance Corporation and other funding bodies.
