Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif has directed the newly elected Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), Barrister Iftikhar Gilani, to focus on development and innovation by following the model adopted in Punjab.
Gilani met Nawaz Sharif in Lahore and briefed him on the AJK government’s proposed 100-day reform agenda.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was also present during the meeting, which focused on governance, development and the steps planned by the newly formed AJK administration.
The AJK prime minister and the speaker expressed gratitude to the PML-N leadership for its support, while the party leadership conveyed its best wishes to the newly elected leadership.
Nawaz Sharif calls for development in AJK
