The National Police Foundation (NPF) has announced new job opportunities for qualified and experienced professionals across multiple fields. The appointments will be made on a contract basis, with positions available in legal affairs, finance, security, marketing, civil works, testing services, information technology and administration.
The available positions include Legal Adviser, Director Finance, Additional Director Security (Operations), Deputy Assistant Director (Marketing), Deputy Assistant Director (Works), Deputy Assistant Director TAS (Operations), Deputy Assistant Director TAS (Development), Deputy Assistant Director (Finance & Accounts), Administrator (Housing Scheme), Senior Software Engineer, Junior Developer and Assistant.
The Legal Adviser position requires an LL.B. degree from an HEC-recognized university along with valid enrolment as an Advocate High Court or Supreme Court. Candidates must have at least 15 years of post-qualification legal experience. The maximum age limit for the position is 50 years.
The Director Finance position requires a 16-year degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field. Candidates need at least 15 years of relevant professional experience, including five years in a senior or managerial finance role. The maximum age is 50 years.
For Additional Director Security (Operations), candidates must have a 16-year degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of experience in command, security operations, planning, training or management of security personnel. Retired Armed Forces officers of Lieutenant Colonel rank or equivalent law enforcement officers may also be considered. The maximum age is 52 years.
Several positions are also available for professionals with comparatively less experience. Deputy Assistant Director roles in Marketing, Works, TAS Operations, TAS Development and Finance & Accounts have a maximum age limit of 35 years. The required qualifications vary according to the position.
The foundation is also hiring for technology-related roles. The Senior Software Engineer position requires an MS or MPhil in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology, along with more than 10 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have skills in PHP, Laravel, MySQL and MSSQL Server. The Junior Developer position requires a 16-year degree in a relevant computing field and two to three years of relevant experience.
Two positions are available for Administrator (Housing Scheme). Candidates must be retired Armed Forces personnel of Subedar-Major rank or equivalent, or retired police/law enforcement personnel of Inspector rank or equivalent. At least 10 years of relevant administrative or housing scheme experience is required.
The Assistant position requires FA or an equivalent qualification along with at least five years of experience.
All appointments will initially be made for two years on a contract basis. The contracts may be extended subject to satisfactory performance, organisational requirements and mutual consent.
Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply. A five-year general upper-age relaxation will also be applicable according to Federal Government rules. Government and semi-government employees will have to apply through the proper channel and provide a valid NOC at the interview stage.
Candidates must apply online through the National Police Foundation’s Testing and Assessment Service recruitment portal. The last date to submit applications is October 15, 2026. Applicants will have to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,000 for each post they apply for.
The fee can be paid through 1Link-1Bill, banks, ATMs, internet banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash or UPaisa using the PSID generated through the online application portal. No applications submitted by hand or through courier will be accepted.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test or interview. Applicants are advised to regularly check the recruitment portal and their registered contact details for updates regarding the hiring process.
