NADRA Introduces Self-Service Kiosks Across Mega Centers Nationwide

NADRA has launched self-service kiosks at most of its Mega Centers across Pakistan, allowing citizens to complete a range of identity-related services independently without requiring assistance from staff. The initiative is designed to improve efficiency, reduce waiting times, and make public services more accessible.

With the introduction of these automated kiosks, visitors can now submit applications for the renewal of their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP). The system also enables users to request replacements for identity cards that have been lost, stolen, or damaged.

In addition, NADRA has included a facility that allows family members to apply for the cancellation of an identity card following the death of a relative. This feature aims to simplify an important administrative process that previously required manual assistance.

The authority announced the new service through its official social media platforms, highlighting that the kiosks are now available at most Mega Centers nationwide. According to NADRA, the self-service system has been introduced to provide citizens with a faster, more convenient, and user-friendly experience while visiting registration centers.

The automated kiosks are expected to reduce congestion at service counters by allowing applicants to complete common requests on their own. This will enable staff members to focus on more complex cases while helping shorten overall processing times for visitors.

The latest initiative reflects NADRA’s ongoing efforts to modernize identity management services through digital solutions. By expanding self-service facilities, the authority aims to enhance customer satisfaction and improve the delivery of public services across the country.

Citizens visiting participating Mega Centers can now access these kiosks to complete eligible identity-related requests quickly and conveniently. The move is expected to streamline operations, minimize paperwork, and support NADRA’s broader goal of providing efficient, technology-driven services to the public.
