The wider region is also expected to experience warm and humid weather. Scattered rain and thunderstorms could occur in northeastern Punjab, Kashmir, Islamabad, Pothohar and parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Heavy rain may affect parts of Kashmir and northeastern Punjab during the night. Residents in vulnerable areas should remain alert to changing weather conditions.
The Meteorological Department has forecast isolated rain and thunderstorms during evening or nighttime hours in several districts.
These areas include Rawalpindi, Murree, Galiyat, Attock, Chakwal, Talagang, Gujrat and Jhelum.
Other areas at risk of rain include Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Mandi Bahauddin, Sialkot, Narowal and Lahore.
Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara, Sargodha and Faisalabad could also experience isolated rain and thunderstorms.
Weather conditions may change quickly as the week progresses. Residents are advised to remain updated with official weather forecasts, especially during periods of strong thunderstorms.
