Karachi’s Asad Ali Memon becomes the first person from Sindh to summit Mount Everest

Asad Ali Memon, a student at a private university in Karachi, has accomplished an incredible feat by reaching the summit of Mount Everest, the highest mountain in the world. This makes him the first person from Pakistan’s Sindh province to accomplish this feat. Mount Everest rises to a height of 8,849 metres.

Memon joins a select group of people who have successfully scaled Mount Everest by conquering this magnificent mountain. He is now the first and only person from Sindh province to accomplish this incredible feat. Memon’s studies at the Institute of Business Management were congratulated, and he was wished a safe descent and return to his family.

With their remarkable achievements, Pakistan’s mountaineering community has brought pride to the country. Sajid Sadpara, another renowned Pakistani mountaineer, recently made history by successfully climbing Mount Everest without the use of supplemental oxygen.

Despite the fact that he did not have the assistance of Sherpas, who are highly skilled climbers, in his expedition, Sajid became the first Pakistani to summit Mount Everest without the use of supplemental oxygen.

Sajid’s ultimate goal is to climb all 14 eight-thousanders, or mountains higher than 8,000 metres, without assistance. By accomplishing this feat, he is fulfilling the wish of his late father, the legendary mountaineer Muhammad Ali Sadpara.
