[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]Iran executed four individuals, including a woman, on Friday, accusing them of being “saboteurs” with ties to Israel’s Mossad intelligence service, as reported by the Mizan news agency affiliated with the judiciary. This brings the total number of people executed this month to five in an ongoing shadow war, with Iran alleging Israeli attacks on its nuclear program, a claim Israel has neither confirmed nor denied.
The news agency stated that the executed individuals were members of a sabotage team linked to the Zionist regime, engaging in “extensive” actions guided by Mossad officers that targeted Iran’s security. These executions occurred in West Azerbaijan province, following the execution of a fifth accused Mossad agent in mid-December in Sistan-Baluchestan province.

The individuals executed on Friday were identified as Vafa Hanareh, Aram Omari, Rahman Parhazo, and Nasim Namazi. They were primary convicts in a case involving a total of 10 offenders. It remains unclear if the remaining individuals will also face execution.
The IRNA news agency released an eight-minute video showing the individuals confessing to their alleged collaboration with a Mossad officer in Turkey, known by two names, Tony and Arash. The confessions included missions such as kidnappings, threats, arson, and theft of mobile phones.
The video indicated that Iranian intelligence closely monitored the group for at least four months, from January 2022 to their arrest in May. The arrests took place after their transfer from a neighboring country to Iran.
Iran has repeatedly accused Israel of conducting attacks on its nuclear facilities and assassinating its nuclear scientists. Israel has not officially confirmed or denied these allegations. The ongoing tensions have seen both countries engage in a complex intelligence and covert operations battle, with each side accusing the other of espionage and sabotage activities.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
