Gold prices in Pakistan remained stable on Tuesday after witnessing fluctuations during the previous week. According to the latest market updates, the price of 24-karat gold stands at around Rs. 469,700 per tola in the local bullion market.
The rate for 10 grams of 24K gold is being traded near Rs. 402,700, while one gram of 24K gold is available for approximately Rs. 40,270. Meanwhile, 22-karat gold is being sold at around Rs. 430,500 per tola across major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Peshawar.
Market experts say gold prices have shown a downward trend compared to last week when rates crossed Rs. 480,000 per tola. The decline is mainly linked to changing international bullion prices and easing investor pressure in global markets. International gold prices are currently hovering around $4,543 per ounce.
Bullion traders believe uncertainty in global economic conditions, inflation concerns, and ongoing geopolitical tensions continue to influence gold prices worldwide. However, local currency stability has helped prevent major fluctuations in Pakistan’s domestic market.
Here are the latest gold rates in Pakistan:
- 24K Gold per Tola: Rs. 469,700
- 24K Gold per 10 Grams: Rs. 402,700
- 22K Gold per Tola: Rs. 430,500
- 18K Gold per Tola: Rs. 352,000 approximately
Jewellers advise buyers to keep checking daily rates before making purchase decisions as gold prices may change depending on international market movement and dollar exchange rates.
