Gold prices in Pakistan recorded a sharp increase on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, rising by Rs. 13,900 per tola. The latest increase pushed the price of 24-karat gold to Rs. 426,036 per tola, bringing another major change to the local bullion market.
According to the rates issued by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also increased significantly. It rose by Rs. 11,917 to reach Rs. 365,257.
The sudden increase comes after several days of price movements in the local gold market. The latest jump is likely to attract attention from people planning to buy or sell gold, particularly those waiting for prices to become more stable.
International Gold Prices Also Increase
The rise in Pakistan’s gold prices followed a major increase in the international market. Global gold prices gained $139 per ounce, reaching $4,035.
International gold rates play an important role in determining local prices in Pakistan. Changes in global demand, economic conditions and investor activity can influence the value of gold in the international market. These movements are then reflected in domestic bullion rates.
The latest increase in international prices contributed to the sharp rise recorded in Pakistan on Wednesday.
Silver Prices Also Record an Increase
Gold was not the only precious metal to become more expensive. Silver prices also recorded an increase in the local market.
According to the latest rates, the price of silver increased by Rs. 295 per tola to reach Rs. 5,663.
The increase shows that both major precious metals recorded gains on Wednesday, although gold experienced a much larger jump in rupee terms.
Gold Prices Recover After Recent Changes
The latest increase comes after a series of price movements over the past few days. On Tuesday, November 3, gold prices remained unchanged at Rs. 412,136 per tola.
Before that, gold recorded an increase of Rs. 2,400 on Monday. The market has therefore experienced noticeable changes within a short period.
Gold prices had also increased on October 28, when the per-tola rate reached Rs. 425,636 after gaining Rs. 3,500.
With Wednesday’s increase, gold has moved above that level and reached Rs. 426,036 per tola.
The latest rates will be closely watched by jewellery buyers, investors and traders as international market movements continue to influence gold and silver prices in Pakistan.
