An earthquake shook various Pakistani cities, including Lahore and Islamabad, on Thursday afternoon. No damages or casualties have been reported thus far.

The National Seismic Monitoring Centre (NSMC) stated that the quake originated in Afghanistan, with a depth of 213 kilometers. Its epicenter was located at a longitude of 70.63 East and a latitude of 36.16 North. Nearby cities, including the capital, experienced tremors, leading to anxiety among residents.
