Airblue has announced walk-in interviews for female cabin crew positions in Islamabad. The airline is offering an opportunity for young women to join the aviation sector in Pakistan.
According to the official announcement, Airblue will conduct interviews on May 20, 2026. The timing will be from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The venue is IFQ Hotel, Iris Hall, Islamabad.
Airblue stated that the recruitment drive is part of its ongoing hiring process. The airline is looking for eligible and confident candidates for cabin crew roles. The opportunity is open only for female applicants.
To apply, candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria set by Airblue. Applicants should be between 18 and 28 years of age. The minimum height requirement is 5 feet 2 inches, or 158 cm.
The weight of candidates must be according to BMI standards. Educational qualification required is Intermediate or equivalent. Candidates must have at least 60 percent marks in their academic record.
Airblue has also clearly mentioned the required documents for the interview process. Applicants must bring their original CNIC and two passport-sized photographs. A valid passport is also required.
In addition, candidates must bring their matric and intermediate certificates. These documents must be verified by the relevant education board before submission.
Airblue has advised candidates from nearby areas to attend the walk-in interviews. However, it also clarified that students currently enrolled in any regular degree program are not eligible to apply.
The airline further stated that the selected candidates will be based in Islamabad. No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided during the recruitment process.
Airblue continues to expand its workforce as part of its growth strategy. The airline is regularly conducting recruitment drives to hire skilled staff for cabin crew and other positions.
